confession update…

Weird.
After several chapters into Goblet of Fire, it occured to me that I’ve seen this before. Which is quite strange since the movie won’t be out until November. Then it occured to me that I did read this. At least part of it, up to the second quest in the Tri-Wizard tournament. In fact, it occured to me that I started reading the book in the maternity ward, when my wife was in labor. I read bits and pieces in between feedings, at hours of the day I never knew existed.
So, I came to the scientific conclusion that being a new father can wipe out your memory.
After straightening out everything with a memory charm, I’m now several pages away from finishing this monstrous novel. And now I only have 8 days to finish Order of the Phoenix. I wonder if I read that too in the maternity ward.
