Kung Fu Hustle…

I just finished watching Kung Fu Hustle, and I have mixed feelings about it. Though I did highly enjoy the movie, I wish it just stuck to either being a comedy (nixing the whole mute girl with the lolipop theme) or an action film (nixing the whole Looney-Tunes chase scene.)
In addition, I really wish we got to see more of the three masters in the beginning kicking some more serious ass, in a comedic way.
Either way, it’s entered it’s way into my top 10 martial arts movies of all time. What are the other 9 you say? Well, I don’t really know yet - there’s still a couple more items I need to see. That’ll be another entry.
