New paperbacks…

Have you seen these in libraries/stores yet? They’re new, larger sized paperbacks which are supposed to be easier to handle and read. They’re essentially an inch taller than a regular paperback, but the same width. I personally can’t see any difference weight-wise, though the print does appear a bit larger than it’s smaller cousin. It just barely fit our paperback racks at the library.

The size of paperbacks has been slowly creeping up over the years in the race to get noticed on the shelf. Personally I prefer the slightly smaller sizes myself as I find them more convenient.

I agree with feral cat… I like the smaller ones they fit in my back pocket and now a days I can really use the extra hand…lol I still love to read but I dont have the same amount of time… Well I hope they dont faze out the little ones all together I hope they just start to make them both…
