Coming soon to a theatre near you, trailers for upcoming books. I don’t know what to think. On one hand, it’s great that there’s a tremendous effort to promote books, especially to a younger, visually-oriented crowd - on the other hand, after a long day of working among dusty books, I’m not so sure I want to see a trailer for Danielle Steel’s 70th book when I’m out at the movies.
Although, if Don LaFontaine did the narration for the trailer, I may very well run right out and buy a copy of it. Maybe.
